Our Valentine's Day

I Babysat for my friend Jen so she could go enjoy a date with her hubby. My hubby was working at Carino's and loving it!! (his least favorite holiday is Valentines Day, but I say he should have thought about that BEFORE he proposed to me on that day). We made cupcakes and watched a movie, and then I put them all to bed. Parker was in bed when we did cupcakes, so she missed out on all the fun. I was successful at putting to bed 4 kids, so maybe 3 won't be too horrible??

great giveaway!

I ran across this blog last night, Simply LuLu Boutique and I just love her stuff. She's doing a giveaway for Olive garden, and who doesn't love a free meal!?! Check it out here.

The Drive Home From Boise

I couldn't NOT take a picture of this sweet moment. I love it when they get along and actually show their love for each other. They are such sweet boys.

James woke up from his nap, and this is what I found.

Our Last Day 2.12.09

Papa showed pictures of growing up and of the island he grew up on

The boys were interested long enough for me to completely pack. It wasn't a fast thing to do.
(the iphone always helps keep one of them busy too!)

It was pretty funny

THE FREMONT TROLL

I was so bad on this vacation and hardly broke out the camera. I had every intention to get a TON of pictures of the kids with grannies and papas and grandmas and grandpas, but it just never happened. From me enjoying myself too much to being sick as a dog (bladder infection) the camera only came out twice. So hopefully next time we'll capture more fun than this time, but until then....here's what we got.
Just before Christmas we showed Carson pictures of the Troll under the Fremont Bridge. He was thrilled that there was a troll under a bridge in Seattle that we could go and see. So off we went to visit Seattle and one of his first requests was to visit the troll. We went on Tuesday, and on the way there we talked all about the troll. We made him sound real, and told the boys that you had to whisper or he would eat you. BIG MISTAKE. We got out of the car to take some pictures, and Carson was really and truly scared. He stayed just long enough for 2 pictures (he had to be held) and was back off to the truck for safety. James wasn't done, so we went back for some more pics. Although he enjoyed himself, he was still a bit tentative. Not quite sure what to think, and was a little afraid of being eaten.
It was a fun day with our Papa. Thanks for coming along and driving us!

Belly Picture

24.5 weeks

I just had to post this 2nd picture. I just think it looks a little awkward!! :o) No wonder Jessica always comments about my belly at work. She always wants to rub it, and the other day she said, "so this means you're gonna get fricken' Huger!" Her words, not mine, but yes, I have a lot of growing to do! lol
