Dorian got up with the kids on St. Patrick's Day, and we had talked about making the kids green pancakes. Well, that was forgotten, so to celebrate the day, i made sure to have it for dinner instead.
James didn't want to smile like I was asking him to do, so he was a little mad! (I see this face at least once a day)
Mr. Carson. Excited for his GREEN dinner.
Finally happy to take a picture. Can we say mood swings!?!

Those green pancakes look amazing! I find foods that look different in color or are holiday foods, look more appetizing. Plus most of the time they taste better too. Like holiday candy!
I love the shape of your pancakes! Is that green pudding (aka pistachio) that they're eating as well? Yum!
Melissa,
It has been so long. I don't think I have talked to you since we were both at BYU-Idaho. I am glad that I found your blog, and now I can keep in touch. It is nice to know that you and your family are doing so well. Your boys are adorable, and I am excited that you will be having a girl. Johnny and I have a little girl, and we have another baby on the way. We do not know what we are having yet, but we will find out. It is hard for me to believe how old Carson is; he was just a little baby last time I saw him. I am glad all is well with you. We will have to keep in touch.

Yeah for Mommy doing fun things. Yes, I think you could use the phrase...mood swings. Here's hoping for Spring to arrive soon.
What cute boys! I can't believe James would put that face on... he was just too nice when we were there! Good luck... just a few more weeks!(cute belly too!)
How fun! I wish we would have thought of making green food for St. Patrick's Day. I love it! Those shamrock pancakes turned otu great!
