The Pumpkin Patch

I AM SO BEHIND ON MY POSTS!!!

A couple of weeks ago we went to the pumpkin patch. we got a couple little ones, never carved them, and now here we are on the day of Halloween. Oh well. That's what you get when you have a pregnant mom of 2 boys who never stops running around with all sorts of crazy activities, and a dad who always seems to be working. At least they are going Trick-Or-Treating! Pumpkins aren't everything right!?!

JD found one!!! But he was fickle this day, and didn't keep it. He decided he wanted a GREEN one! WHAT??? Weird!

We didn't carve ours either this year! The girls decided they wanted to paint them instead and I was all over that! Way easier than supervising kids with knives!

Hey, Congrats on the Pregnancy! Maybe you will get two girls!? You look so cute, and don't worry, your tummy may poke out early, but then it will sort of hit a wall (no pun intended) in a couple of weeks, and you won't feel so far ahead. You look great, as you always do with your pregnancies! Cant wait to hear what it is!

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun at the Pumpkin Patch as well!

At least you finally carved your pumpkins--ours are still on the front porch, and Chris's developed some kind of cancerous growth from the inside that oozed out, so it's more mush than anything else.

I saw some articles online with pumpkin recipes and think that I'll recycle my pumpkins in the form of something edible rather than artistic!
